As a mom who has personally dealt with diastasis recti, prolapse and peeing my pants, I know what it feels like to feel broken inside your body. I know the feeling of wanting to crawl into a dark deep hole and never come out.

What equipment is needed: you'll need the following: 9in pilates ball, yoga block, long resistance band, rubber loop band, foam roller, kitchen towel, a set of dumbbells, and a couch/bench for support. 

I'm post-menopause will this help me? Yes the method and concepts are the same regardless of how far postpartum you are.  The program was designed for those wanting to return back to an active lifestyle.

Do I need to quit my other workouts? No actually this is why CoreRevive was created. I wanted to help women who may already be working out but needed to work on pelvic floor strengthening without robbing too much time from your busy schedule.. I recommend doing these workouts as part of your warm up before your main workouts. 

I'm pregnant, is this for me? This program was not designed for the mom to be, however the same concepts and method applies for pregnancy; posture, glutes, core activation and breathing are essential. A lot of the exercises would be beneficial for moms to be but again it wasn't thinking with you in mind. A pregnancy specific program will be coming soon.
