This program aids in improving diastasis recti regardless of where you are in your postpartum journey. In this Diastasis Recti program I walk you through on what you need to do to break through your barriers to narrowing the gap. Things like rib flare, poor posture & lower ab weakness can keep your diastasis recti from improving. We break through these barriers with specific corrective exercises to address them. ▪️3 LEVELS OF SAFE + EFFECTIVE 15 minute core follow along workouts to progress and improve diastasis recti. ▪️Education and assessments to break through barriers. ▪️Additional core workouts to address specific barriers like rib flare, lower ab weakness, middle ab separation ▪️3 levels of Posture workouts to help narrow and firm up the gap Equipment Needed: long resistance band, exercise ball, foam roller, and loop band.
