This program aids in improving the position of your pelvis while focusing on recruiting the glutes. Many moms will experience "flat butt" or lower belly pouching after having babies. A lot of this can be due to the position of the pelvis. Addressing the glutes and postiion of your pelvis helps aid in reclaiming strength within your core and pelvic floor. This Program pairs well with the ReClaim and or the CoreRevive program. ▪️4 week glute & pelvis program to improve the function of your hips/glutes ▪️Education and assessments to break through barriers and address anterior or posterior pelvic tilt. ▪️Anterior pelvic tilt and posterior pelvic tilt workouts ▪️2 glute workouts, 2 pelvis workouts + 2 hip opening workouts Equipment Needed: weights, bench/couch or chair, loop band, foam roller
