I'm newly postpartum, are these workouts safe for me to do?

Always consult a healthcare professional prior to starting any workout regime. Typically most women can resume working out 6 weeks after a vaginal birth, and 8 weeks after a C-section

How challenging are the workouts?

Postpartum fitness improves core strength, improves overall fitness, boosts mood and increases energy

How long are the workouts?

Workouts are typically 30 minutes or less, designed to fit your busy schedule
